How do I find my phone ID (IMEI)?

An IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) or MEID (Mobile Equipment Identifier) is a unique number exclusive to your phone. It indicates your phone’s manufacturer and model as well as the brands and frequencies it supports. This number will help us determine if your phone works on Telco.

Finding your phone IMEI/MEID

Try one of the following:

• Go to Settings > General > About. Your phone ID (IMEI) is about 3/4 of the way down. 
• Enter *#06# on your phone's dial pad.
• If you purchased your phone recently, you may be able to find it on the back of the box.
